A leading automotive manufacturer in the UK is seeking graduates for its Manufacturing Graduate programme. The role involves assisting in vehicle assembly, collaborating across teams, and applying Industry 4.0 technologies. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential. We are looking for graduates with a strong foundation in Manufacturing, Automotive, or Aerospace Engineering, who are eager to apply their knowledge in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality are essential. You should also be comfortable using Microsoft Office tools and willing to travel between our Gaydon and St Athan sites as required.
You will need to have a 2:1 degree in Engineering.
Be proficient in the use of Excel and PowerPoint. Have enthusiasm and motivation for working at Aston Martin Lagonda. Take accountability and have an analytical mindset to problem-solve issues by collaboratively working with different groups of people. Be able to work with others cross-functionally and communicate well across all levels.
