Manufacturing Engineer — Nottingham

Salary: 45-50k Plus Benefits

Hours: 8-4 Mon-Fri

Are you an experienced Manufacturing Engineer or Process Engineer looking for a varied and interesting role for a large global manufacturing company, on a site with low staff turnover? The company has been trading for over 100 years and supplies into a range of sectors. The role offers progression and a varied project portfolio of improvement work. The position will focus on developing, improving and implementing manufacturing processes on a large site. It is primarily a shopfloor based role.

The Role

1. Full time, permanent role on a large manufacturing site.
2. Developing and improving manufacturing processes with a focus on efficiency and quality.
3. Project based work, collaborating with design, production and engineering staff.

The Person

1. Engineering or related degree is essential
2. Working experience as a manufacturing engineer or process engineer.
3. Experience of project management
4. Understanding of APQP is preferable (not essential)
