Manufacturing Engineer

Hands‑on manufacturing role focused on improving how products are built on the shop floor.

This position sits within a production engineering environment and is centred on continuous improvement, process development and supporting production teams day to day.

What you’ll be doing
  • Leading and coordinating continuous improvement activity across the shop floor
  • Improving layouts, workflows, routing and work instructions
  • Supporting root cause, non‑conformance and 8D investigations
  • Managing and maintaining production process documentation
  • Supporting design engineering with new processes and products
  • Training and upskilling production staff on new processes and standards
  • Supporting production builds, first‑offs and tooling improvements
  • Applying Lean and 5S tools to improve efficiency and consistency

The role is primarily site‑based with occasional UK travel.

What this will suit

You’ll come from a manufacturing or production engineering background and be comfortable working directly with operators, supervisors and engineers.
