Anderson Knight are delighted to be recruiting a manufacturing administrator for a manufacturer in South Lanarkshire. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth operations by managing customer orders, preparing internal works orders, responding to enquiries, and providing general administrative support.

This role is permanent and fully onsite 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
  • Manage purchase orders and create internal works orders as needed
  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person, offering excellent service
  • Prepare and issue quotations and invoices in a professional manner
  • Perform a range of administrative tasks, including filing, record‑keeping, and maintaining databases
  • Assist with managing office supplies, scheduling, and other day‑to‑day operations
  • Support the team with general office duties to maintain an organised and efficient working environment
