We are currently hiring for a Managing Recruitment Consultant on behalf of our Clients, specialising in the Engineering / Manufacturing / Supply Chain / Logistics Sectors.

As a Managing Consultant, you will be leading a growing team, driving new business, and developing strong relationships with both existing and new clients. You'll have the opportunity to shape and expand the division while working in a supportive, high-energy environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading and mentoring a team of consultants to drive performance and growth.
• Developing new business and strengthening existing client relationships.
• Strategically growing the Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Manufacturing recruitment division.
• Using top recruitment tools for candidate sourcing and lead generation.
• Managing the full recruitment cycle from business development to candidate placement.
