We are seeking a strategic, influential, and operations‑minded Manager, Sourcing & Housing Solutions to lead the growth, retention, and expansion of a portfolio of mid‑market to enterprise clients. This role is responsible for shaping the client strategy, driving long‑term account value, and overseeing cross‑functional engagement to ensure our Venue Sourcing customers achieve measurable business outcomes.
You will serve as the executive point of contact for high‑value accounts, guiding them through product adoption, global expansion, and optimization of Cvent’s Sourcing & Housing solutions. This role will develop account growth strategies, lead renewal and upsell cycles, advocate for customer needs internally, and contribute to long‑term product and commercial strategy.
This position requires a leader who can balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, inspire internal teams, and build deep relationships with senior client stakeholders while driving significant revenue impact.
