The Program Manager of Tech Workforce Strategy and Planning will own and manage relationships with a set of senior ETS leaders and their Chief of Staff and partner with teams including ETS Portfolio and ETS Finance. This role will manage the leaders workforce strategy driving a regular cadence of meetings to discuss insights and trending around items such as contractor / colleague ratios location growth and progress towards Early Careers Program (our graduate hire program) global placements.
