Manager, Ipswich

We are excited to present an opportunity for an experienced Manager at our branch in Ipswich. The branch is a busy commercial hub delivering a first‑class mobile tyre fitting service to our customers, primarily serving HGVs, plant and agricultural tyres.

Responsibilities

• Managing the team on site, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and HR/H&S legislation
• Leading and driving sales for all transactions
• Liaising with customers via phone and email
• Maintaining an accurate stock record, ensuring re‑order requests are placed in a timely manner to ensure good in‑store availability
• Reviewing, setting and adhering to depot standards, sustaining high levels of customer service, efficiency and professionalism

This role is 45 hours per week within our operating hours, but you may occasionally be required to work additional hours for proper fulfilment of the role.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

Required Experience

• Tyre fitting: 5 years (preferred)
• Management: 5 years (preferred)
