Job Title: Manager – Diagnostics and Connected Vehicle Systems

Location: Any UK Site

What You’ll Do You’ll lead and mentor a team of engineers to design, develop, and maintain diagnostic and connected vehicle systems for our next-generation EV products. You’ll own the strategic roadmap for diagnostics and connectivity, manage telematics and data gateway systems, and deliver innovative solutions that enhance fleet management and customer experience.

What We’re Looking For You’ll have a degree in a relevant discipline (or equivalent experience) and proven success managing software development teams. Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills are essential, along with experience in vehicle electrical systems, communication protocols (CAN, LIN, IP), and software quality processes. You’ll be confident in planning and delivering multiple projects in a structured engineering environment.

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience with V2X connectivity, cyber security, ADAS integration
  • Knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and v-model processes
  • Familiarity with telematics and diagnostic tools development
