A leading luxury brand in London seeks a Manager of Client Experience to execute in-store and offsite client events. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in client experience management, strong organizational skills, and a hands-on approach to event execution. Responsibilities include managing budgets, coordinating with teams, and ensuring successful events. A background in the luxury industry and client relations is preferred.
The Manager of Client Experience is responsible for executing the market strategy of all in-store and offsite client events, with emphasis on new and existing client activations and bespoke experiences, including retail events, festive celebrations and in-store hospitality. Through extensive cross-functional partnership, this individual will focus on executing the overall client experience strategy in service of achieving Tiffany’s key results.
