A respected safety equipment provider based in Bournemouth Airport is seeking an ambitious Management Accountant to join their finance team. This hands-on role involves producing timely management accounts, cash flow forecasting, and leading a small team. Ideal candidates will have a minimum ATT qualification with ACA or ACCA as desirable, and at least two years’ accounting experience. The position offers a salary of £35,000 to £40,000 plus a profit share bonus scheme and genuine career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience in a similar accounting role.
• Proactive, adaptable, and confident in financial communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely management accounts.
• Oversee cash flow forecasting and daily cash management.
• Prepare and submit VAT returns.
• Prepare year-end accounts and liaise with external partners.
