Overview

Management Accountant / £40,000 – £50,000 / Skelmersdale / Study Support / Permanent

NC Associates are looking to recruit a Management Accountant on behalf of our client based in Skelmersdale. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who will be joining an established business. As a Management Accountant you will be working closely with senior members of the company, reporting into the Financial Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Producing end-to-end management accounts
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Accruals & Prepayments, banking and bank reconciliations
  • Maintaining the Fixed Asset register
  • Cashflow forecasting and management
  • Maintaining credit management and debtor management systems
  • Reviewing internal controls and setting up new controls where necessary
  • Ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements
Experience / Qualifications
  • A professional accounting qualification – CIMA
  • Proficiency in Sage 50 Accounts is essential
  • Strong Excel skills are essential
  • Exceptional focus on accuracy and detail in all aspects of financial work
  • Ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication skills
