You will take ownership of month-end processes, deliver insightful financial reporting, and support operational decision-making. The ideal candidate is a qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) with strong experience in multi-site environments and excellent communication skills. This position offers a salary between £50,000 and £60,000 per annum.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded accountant looking to add value in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities of the Management Accountant:
  • Produce timely and accurate monthly management accounts.
  • Partner with multi-site operational teams to provide financial insight and challenge performance.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting cycles, working closely with senior stakeholders.
  • Support strategic decision-making through analysis of trends, variances, and KPIs.
  • Drive efficiency and process improvements across financial reporting activities.
  • Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and ensure robust financial controls.
  • Support year-end audit and liaise with external auditors as required.
  • Provide financial guidance and act as a key point of contact for business queries.
Key essentials of the Management Accountant:
  • Qualified or Finalist (ACCA / CIMA / ACA).
  • Strong experience within a multi-site or operationally environment.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders.
  • Excellent Excel and analytical skills.
