What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who combines technical expertise with a proactive mindset. The ideal candidate will have:

• Fully qualified accountant status (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Strong IT and financial system skills
• Excellent analytical and organisational capabilities
• Clear, confident communication skills
• The ability to work proactively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Experience in the manufacturing industry (preferred but not essential)

Your Responsibilities

Always:

• Work closely with the Finance Manager on the preparation of monthly and year-end management accounts
• Provide support to the Finance Manager during both internal and external audit processes
• Manage and oversee the monthly Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable ledgers
• Contribute to the allocation and coordination of finance tasks across the team

Often:

• Provide financial insights to senior management
• Collaborate with operations teams on cost control and performance
• Identify and implement process improvements

Occasionally:

• Support strategic projects with financial planning and analysis
• Liaise with external stakeholders and auditors

Never:
