Management Accountant. Fully Remote. Salary: £55-60K

Fully Remote (100% Work From Home)

The Role:

Venture Recruitment Partners are working on an exclusive basis with a high-growth SME to recruit for a newly created Management Accountant position. The business has carved out a strong niche in the market through its commitment to sustainable, bespoke products and continues to grow at pace. This role offers a rare opportunity to work 100% remotely, while developing under a highly supportive Finance Controller who is keen to mentor and progress the successful candidate into his role over the next 18‑24 months.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of monthly management accounts
  • Posting sales workings and product costs for management information
  • Producing daily sales reports and managing cashflow
  • Ownership of VAT returns across multiple jurisdictions (Canada, UK, Netherlands, USA and Norway)
  • Assisting with the preparation of board packs
  • Supporting the annual audit process and audit file preparation
Experience / Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in an Assistant Accountant or Management Accountant role
  • Studying towards, or keen to study towards, ACA, ACCA or CIMA
  • Strong management accounting and reconciliation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
  • Proactive, detail‑oriented, and eager to progress
