A leading company in the care sector is hiring male Care Workers in Middlewich to assist clients in a supported living environment. Positions offer flexible contracts with various hours, including sleeping shifts. Benefits include pay during training and a generous bonus scheme.
£11.80 per hour, with various contracts available: 5-hour, 16-hour, or 32-hour permanent contracts, plus sleeping shifts. Bank positions are also available for experienced candidates.

£11.44-£13.00 per hour, with a 32-hour permanent contract available, plus paid sleeping shifts at £6.50-£7.50 per hour.

Founded in 2005, Archangel Care started with a single residential unit for adults with learning disabilities. It has grown to three branches covering Nottingham, Staffordshire, and West Cheshire, serving Winsford, Northwich, Middlewich, Runcorn, and Frodsham.
We provide Supported Living and Outreach Support to adults with learning disabilities, mental health issues, and physical disabilities. We tailor support to help individuals live fulfilling lives, access the community, and complete daily tasks such as shopping, cooking, managing finances, and housework.

Hours and Pay
Various shifts are available, including early, late, one-to-one, and sleeping shifts. Working alternate weekends is required.
Full-time and part-time contracts are available.
Our staff can choose weekly or monthly pay, with flexible options for holiday pay accrual. We also offer mileage contributions and include travel time in your pay when applicable.
Bonus Scheme
We offer a generous bonus scheme, including a £170 payment after completing probation, and a £200 referral bonus once the referred candidate completes their probation period.
