Overview

We are a well-established, nationwide healthcare provider. Our homes are specialist Mental Health Services, offering person‑centred care to adults. We develop and adapt homes to meet varying needs, located within thriving communities that provide educational, recreational and social activities. Our Support Workers use a person‑centred approach, measuring outcomes with a specialised tool. Successful candidates will complete an enhanced DBS disclosure before commencing; the employer covers this expense. CareTech is a person‑centred care company committed to quality care nationwide.

Responsibilities
  • Support adults with mental health needs using a person‑centred approach.
  • Measure outcomes using a specialised outcome‑measuring tool.
  • Engage and interact with service users.
  • Keep calm under pressure and work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Work days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience in a caring environment, specialising in Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Autism.
  • Good communication and writing skills.
  • Confidence to work alone and as part of a team (family).
  • Passionate about making a positive difference to someone else’s life.
  • Positive, pleasant and approachable attitude.
