Assisting with meal preparation for lunch and tea, and offering gentle encouragement to help manage fatigue. Helping with household tasks to keep her home clean, comfortable, and safe. Supporting her nutrition and hydration needs, by preparing meals and drinks she enjoys. Encouraging her to stay active and confident in her daily routine, while offering support when needed. Working in partnership with her son, who is actively involved in her care and helps with shopping. Respecting and nurturing her connection with family members, which she maintains mostly through phone calls.
