Job description

Maintenance Technician – PfP Students

Reporting to the Hard Services Manager, the Maintenance Technician will work as part of the wider PfP Students team to ensure the provision of safe accommodation for the occupiers in accordance with the Client's requirements as set out in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).

• Deliver planned and reactive maintenance throughout the property portfolio.
• Ensure the preventive maintenance (PPM) programme and life‑cycle replacement schedule are completed on time and in line with performance requirements.
• Operate across South Kensington, White City and Battersea, maintaining a 40‑hour working week (10am‑6pm).
• Maintain a high standard of safety and compliance, following all health and safety policies, and completing all required DBS checks.

Location: South Kensington, White City, Battersea. Hours: 10am–6pm, 40 hours per week. DBS check mandatory.

Multi‑skilled Engineer – Facilities Management

• Perform preventive maintenance (PPM) tasks and reactive maintenance as required.
• Ensure full compliance with regulations and standards across the licensed portfolio.

Shift Maintenance Engineer (FMCG)

• Responsible for mechanical, electrical, AC and gas servicing, maintenance and repair of installations.
• Attend customer sites and carry out remedial works as required.
• Salary range: £42,000 – £44,000.

Gas Engineer

• Diagnose and repair boilers and central heating systems.
• Service and conduct general plumbing and maintenance works.
