Owen Daniels are excluively recruiting on behalf of a leading Aerospace business based in Redditch who are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join their growing team.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across the facility
  • Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and carry out repairs
  • Maintain building services including heating, lighting, compressed air systems, HVAC, and general utilities
  • Work closely with production and engineering teams to minimise downtime
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Support with facilities projects, installations, and upgrades
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a similar Maintenance or Facilities Technician role
  • Background in manufacturing or industrial environments; aerospace experience desirable
  • Multi-skilled with electrical and mechanical maintenance skills
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic abilities
  • NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualifications in maintenance or engineering disciplines
