We are hiring for our client, a globally recognised manufacturing company, operating from a state-of-the-art production facility in Newtownabbey. They are seeking to appoint an experienced Maintenance Technician to join their established maintenance team.

• Deliver preventative and reactive maintenance across a range of production and packaging equipment
• Troubleshoot faults in a highly automated environment, including PLC diagnostics
• Work collaboratively with production and engineering colleagues to drive machine uptime and operational efficiency
• Support continuous improvement projects and contribute to equipment upgrades
• Maintain documentation in line with safety, compliance, and maintenance standards
• Time-served Maintenance Technician with a Level 3 Engineering qualification
• Proven experience within an automated or fast-paced production setting
• Strong working knowledge of PLC-controlled systems (e.g. Siemens, Allen Bradley)
• Multi-skilled with both electrical and mechanical capabilities
• Self-motivated, safety-conscious, and solutions-focused
