Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician - Day Shift | c £48,000 + Paid Overtime. Based in the West Midlands | Permanent Role | No Nights.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Reacting quickly to breakdowns and restoring production efficiently
• Diagnosing & repairing both electrical and mechanical faults
• Supporting a wide range of automated and robotic machinery
• Assisting with machinery installations & improvement projects
• Keeping accurate maintenance records and reports
• Working collaboratively with production teams to maximise uptime

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician/Engineer within manufacturing or production
• Strong electrical fault-finding skills (mechanical knowledge also beneficial)
• NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds (or equivalent) in an Electrical discipline
• Ideally apprenticeship trained (not essential)
• Basic understanding of Plc controls
• A proactive, solutions focused mindset and ability to work under pressure
