A leading NHS trust in London is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Specialist to ensure high-quality service delivery across its estate. You will deliver proactive maintenance, manage emergencies, and support the maintenance team to ensure safety and compliance with technical guidelines. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in maintenance and be committed to providing reliable service and support.
We are looking for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Specialist, (Day Position) with a hands-on approach to a full range of maintenance tasks across Kings Hospital Estates. To work in a shift team in maintaining the equipment, fabric and utility services of the Trusts Properties. Providing a patient focused delivery of all tasks ensuring that Kings provides high quality service delivery.
Liaises With: Team Leader, Maintenance Staff, Heads of Departments, Ward Managers, Patients and Clinical Technicians, Doctors, Nurses.
