Functional area: Operations & Maintenance
We are expanding our Fleet Servicing team as part of our ongoing commitment to delivering consistent, high‑quality work and support across our fleet of wind turbines. To enhance our capability, we are recruiting four additional positions within the team
Fleet Servicing is an established function within the Operations Portfolio Management Team, responsible for the servicing of turbines at Nordsee‑Ost, Kaskasi, Amrumbank, Greater Gabbard, and London Array. Our servicing campaigns are delivered using both SOV and CTV operations to ensure flexibility and full coverage across sites. In addition, the team supports HV operations and troubleshooting out with service campaigns to deliver best‑in‑class performance across our operational fleet.
The Maintenance Team Lead will report to the SOV Manager and will be responsible for establishing Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality standards at the workplace for the technicians to maintain throughout the work. Using prior knowledge and experience the Maintenance Team Lead along with the multi‑discipline FTE and Contract technicians will perform mechanical, hydraulic and electrical component maintenance to fulfil the annual and semi‑annual maintenance requirements.
There will be an expectation to travel to sites outside your base location (including Europe/Overseas) which may involve overnight stays.
