Overview

Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Maintenance Surveyor to work with one of our Housing Association clients in Yorkshire & Newcastle.

Responsibilities

• Aligned with either voids and responsive or safety and compliance
• Void re-serving will be carried out with commercial eye to high standard ensuring re-let process to be fulfilled in accordance with KPI’s
• All work carried out to the required H&S legislative standards with zero tolerance to non-compliance

Requirements

• RICS or CIOB accredited building surveying degree or similar qualification
• Experience of working in surveyor role
