Job description
Overview

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee operations across multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring plant reliability, statutory compliance, and cost-effective maintenance execution. This role covers Oil & Gas, Chemical, Petrochemical, and Renewable energy sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of supervisors and E&I technicians, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Develop, manage, and monitor the annual maintenance budget to ensure efficient and cost-effective execution of all planned activities.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of maintenance activities, equipment history, reports, and certificates in full compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements.
  • Ensure completion of all maintenance schedules, statutory inspections, and preventive maintenance programmes on time.
  • Manage plant integrity and operational reliability, coordinating resources to optimise uptime and minimise risks.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement development plans for maintenance teams.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Electrical or Instrumentation qualifications.
  • Extensive knowledge of Oil & Gas, Chemical, Petrochemical, Refinery, Manufacturing, or Renewable energy operations and safe working practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • In-depth understanding of mechanical plant, ancillary equipment, electrical, instrumentation, and control systems, including safe operation, start-up, shutdown, and maintenance.
  • Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary maintenance teams in industrial environments.
