Are you a hands‑on Maintenance Shift Supervisor who thrives in a fast‑paced production environment?
We're looking for a proactive leader to ensure our site runs smoothly and efficiently - keeping machines turning, production on track, and standards high.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support the engineering team on shift, ensuring all equipment is maintained and running efficiently.
  • Work closely with production and hygiene teams to minimise downtime and maintain high safety and quality standards.
  • Manage planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules and ensure timely completion.
  • Support and deliver effective handover between shifts to maintain consistent performance.
  • Promote and maintain a culture of continuous improvement, reliability, and safety.
About You
  • A qualified engineer (mechanical / electrical bias preferred) with experience in a food, FMCG, or manufacturing environment.
  • Confident leading from the front, you're hands‑on, visible, and solutions‑focused.
  • Strong communicator with excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills.
  • Familiar with hygiene standards, health & safety regulations, and PPM systems
