Maintenance Plumber

My client is currently recruiting a maintenance plumber to join the team. You will have a plumbing or mechanical qualification as well as a proven track record in commercial maintenance.

Duties

• Pipe work on copper and pvc
• Changing taps, washers
• TMV checks / replacements
• Temp tap tests
• Replacing sinks, pans, seats and toilet furniture
• Helping out the maintenance team and general paperwork

Requirements

Plumbing or mechanical qualification and proven experience in commercial maintenance.

Hours

8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday

Salary

£35,000, with call out, overtime and company benefits.
