Overview

Maintenance Manager- NW

7am-3:30pm Monday to Friday - but there is some flexibility

Role summary

Opportunity for maintenance/engineering experienced individual to take on a days Monday to Friday based Maintenance role within Manufacturing. The appointee will have spent time in a structured process driven environment and know what good looks like.

Responsibilities

• Lead an Engineering / Maintenance team and be involved in some day-to-day activities.
• Manage Equipment and Facilities, address OEE and reliability issues, and oversee PPMs.
• Support LEAN initiatives and continuous improvement projects, installations, and process improvements.
• Collaborate closely with QA, EHS, Supply Chain and Stores.

Days

Days role – preferred core hours are 7am-3:30pm but there is some flexibility.

Qualifications

• Electrical or mechanical relevant Trade qualification, diploma or degree.
• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• 3+ years supervisory/leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledgeable in Maintenance best practice and CMMS systems.
