Are you a Maintenance Manager from a Heavy Industry or Plant looking to work for a manufacturing giant that will offer you a stable role with autonomy to create your own maintenance schedules and the opportunity to oversee Engineering on a busy site?

On offer is the opportunity to join a stable an secure business. They provide a range of premium products to blue-chip industries across the UK and Ireland. The role will be based in an industrial, plant, manufacturing environment.

This is a varied role where you will oversee a team of engineers within an industrial environment. You will ensure the plant is running smoothly through the continuous improvement of maintenance schedules. You will have senior leadership responsibilities and will have the opportunity to effect important business decisions.

This role would suit a Maintenance Manager from a heavy industry background looking for a role within a large stable company who will offer you the autonomy to make the role your own.

The responsibilities:

* Leading the Maintenance team in a range of planned and reactive maintenance
* Planning and developing effective maintenance schedules
* Fostering a culture of continuous improvement
* 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
