Are you a Maintenance Manager with a proven background within the food and FMCG industries? The role will be diverse, combining team management with ensuring the engineering strategy aligns with the company's success. Working closely with other Senior Managers on site, you will have plenty of autonomy to achieve your goals.

You will manage a stable team of skilled engineering personnel, involving planning and delegating workloads, maintaining PPM/CMMS systems, performance management, and budget control. The aim is to ensure your team works happily, efficiently, and effectively.

With substantial investment ongoing, you will also be involved in project work, including ongoing improvements and installations.
