Job summary

An automotive manufacturer in Desford is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and cost standards. Role: Maintenance Manager

Location: Desford, Leicestershire

Rate: £38.50 Umbrella (Inside IR35) OR £27.50 PAYE

Duration: 12 months

Hours:
Monday to Wednesday 6am - 2:30pm
Thursday 6am - 2pm
Friday 6am - 12pm

We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to join an Automotive Manufacturer near Leicester. You will be collaborating with cross‑functional teams to support production and maintain compliance with safety, quality, and cost standards.

Responsibilities
