Job summary

A hospitality establishment in Brockenhurst is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee the day-to-day maintenance of the hotel. The successful candidate will lead a small team, ensuring the functionality and safety of the property are maintained at all times. Essential experience and relevant qualifications in various maintenance areas such as electrics and plumbing are required. Qualifications

Job description

Salary : £35,000 per annum (OTE £37,820, including tronc).

As Maintenance Manager you will over see the day-to-day maintenance of the hotel. You will work closely with the Housekeeping Manager and report directly to the Hotel Manager regarding any essential or non-essential maintenance with the functionality, efficiency, health & safety of the property being the priority.

You will oversee a small team of Maintenance Assistants and develop their skills by leading by example.

Experience in a similar role is essential, along with any relevant qualifications such as PAT testing, electrics, plumbing, fire safety, carpentry, plant room management, health, and safety. A hands on attitude is a must as our hotels are open 365 days a year.
