Overview

RGSetSquare are looking for a Maintenance handyman, with some basic plumbing, basic electrical experience ideally gained in a health care environment or other commercial environment. If you got some PPM experience, particularly water then that would be great.

Responsibilities

• You would be carrying out planned (PPM's) and reactive maintenance across the hospital. A multi skilled individual but with a plumbing, mechanical or electrical bias.
• Previous relevant experience in the maintenance of buildings, ideally within a health care setting but that's not essential so candidates with experience gained in other commercial environments like schools, supermarkets, offices etc also considered.
• We are looking for someone with plant room experience so those that have just worked within residential properties wouldn't be suitable.
• Plant room experience would be the most beneficial.
• 18th edition qualification
• Plant room experience, chillers , boilers, hot water systems, pumps , AHU ventilation system
• Legionella PPM experience
• Static role in Epping.
• 40 hour week, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
• participate in an on call rota for make safe/emergency repairs. 1 in every 3 weeks. They will get paid overtime for this. Paid at either time and a half or double time if a Sunday or Bank Holiday.
• Will need to be within an hour's drive of the hospital for call out purposes so we can meet our SLA with the client with response times.
• Candidate will need a Standard DBS check. If not currently held we can put them through one. If they can be advised off this and asked to declare any unspent convictions.
• Will need own vehicle for travel,which you will claim back mileage for travel when on-call.
• 17p/h per hour PAYE
