Our client is a growing storage company, with large units across the South West, South Wales and the Midlands. It is looking to hire a Maintenance Facilities Manager to be based out of its head office in Newport.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all maintenance issues across 16 sites.
• Ensure all sites are compliant.
• Manage contractors, respond to and prioritise call-outs.
• Visit sites and carry out minor repairs as required.

• Electrical background (ideally).
• Good understanding of maintaining commercial buildings.
