If you are looking for a new role that offers both stability and career progression look no further !

We are looking for a proactive Mechanically Bias Shift Technician to join the engineering team at our clients busy manufacturing site in Lincoln.

Although you will be responding to breakdowns you will largely be be responsible for the planned maintenance schedule ensuring the smooth running and maintenance of the manufacturing equipment.

Key Responsibilities of a Shift Technician
  • Quality Checks of maintenance activities
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance
  • Adhere to Health and Safety Standards at all times
  • Demonstrate hands on ownership and confidence when responding to breakdowns

Experience and Qualifications required for an Shift Technician
