A leading manufacturer of eco‑friendly products that support environmental initiatives worldwide is entering an exciting phase of growth and innovation. They are seeking a mechanically biased Maintenance Engineer to play a key role in driving their mission forward.

Up to £45,000 + Bonus | Days | Monday - Friday

Working collaboratively in a team environment you will play a key role in ensuring production runs smoothly, minimising down time, whilst also developing and improving production lines.

As a Maintenance Engineer, Your Duties Will Include
  • Using your mechanical engineering skills to optimise injection moulding and extrusion processes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges across production lines
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and address quality concerns
To be successful in the role of Maintenance Engineer, you will:
  • Have extensive experience of plastic injection moulding machinery and production processes
  • Be mechanically biased, with knowledge of hydraulics/pneumatics
  • Possess excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
  • Be proactive, hands‑on, and willing to support wherever needed.
