A leading food and beverage company in the UK is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to support the Coffee Packaging department at their Tutbury Factory. This full-time position involves ensuring the maintenance and running of machinery, supporting OMP implementation, and driving plant reliability. Ideal candidates will have an NVQ level 3 or City & Guilds qualification, experience in FMCG environments, and strong problem-solving skills. We are recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer. This is a permanent opportunity which will report directly to the Asset Maintenance Manager.
The Nestlé Tutbury Factory in Derbyshire is one of the largest Nestlé factories in Europe after circa £500 million investment over the last few years. It is also the home of Nescafe and Dolce Gusto in the UK producing a range of beverage products. These are produced through a highly automated PLC controlled process plant and automated filling and packing lines.
The factory is a Centre of excellence for Nescafé products around the world producing freeze-dried, spray dried and pod coffee technologies and is at the forefront of coffee innovation globally.

Ultimately, you will be responsible for the maintenance and running of the assets and machinery within the Coffee Packaging department.
