We’re on the lookout for a dedicated Permanent Maintenance Engineer to join our client's team in Swindon, Wiltshire. You'll be responsible for machine setting, carrying out regular inspections, and troubleshooting a variety of mechanical and pneumatic issues—keeping production seamlessly flowing. Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues early
  • Create and follow preventive maintenance schedules to keep equipment running at peak performance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic failures swiftly and efficiently
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and system upgrades
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimise processes and improve machine reliability
  • Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and operational procedures
