A leading company in Harlow is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to support their afternoon shift. The role involves reactive maintenance on automated machinery, with opportunities for improvement projects. The candidate should have an Electrical Engineering qualification and experience in a factory setting. Benefits include overtime at premium rates and training opportunities.

Salary: £46,900 + Overtime (Premium Rates)
Shifts: Afternoon Shift

Due to their continued growth, they now have a need for the afternoon shift to be supported from a Maintenance perspective, you’d get full onboarding and training from Engineers that have been with the business for 20 years plus meaning that when you do move onto the shift that you’ll be fully prepared to tackle any challenges the machines throw at you.
This business trusts its Engineers, you’ll have autonomy and freedom within the role to make some serious improvements to the machinery and site in general!
