Job Description:

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a leading Facilities Management company working around the Bristol area.

The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical background with qualifications such as NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in electrical installations or maintenance, and 18th edition as a minimum.

The role involves working as part of a team at various sites in the region, undertaking building maintenance duties, including planned and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical plant. The sites include high street clothing shops, care homes, offices, hotels, gyms, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Support other technicians with maintenance work.
• Complete PPMs and reactive maintenance schedules accurately and timely.
• Prioritize and complete minor maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure tools and equipment are available and functional.
• Attend other sites within the cluster as required.
• Maintain quality standards and represent the company professionally.
• Perform tasks according to KPIs.

Qualifications:

• NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in electrical installations or recognized apprenticeship.
• 18th Edition qualification.

Salary & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: £37,000 + standby payment.
