We are seeking a proactive, skilled, and motivated individual to join our dynamic Estates Maintenance team. In this vital role, you will contribute to the delivery of both planned and reactive maintenance services, ensuring that all areas of the estate are safe, functional, and compliant. Your work will directly support the creation and upkeep of a secure and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff.

A strong commitment to safety, service excellence, and teamwork is essential for success in this role. As a Maintenance Craftsman / Craftswoman, you will be employed on work appropriate to your core specialist skills and should possess levels of flexibility and competence to allow you to perform the following: Perform work including activities which are complex and/or non-routine. You will be responsible for fault finding and repair maintenance on a wide range of engineering plant and equipment, including hot and cold water systems, mechanical installations, emergency generators, heating and ventilation, building management systems, pumps, compressors, motors, and their controls.
