The role

OurMaintenance Assistantshelp to keep facilities in good operating condition to aid smooth running of the hotels. The role reports directly to the Maintenance Manager.

Maintenance Assistant responsibilities include:

• Supporting the management of all maintenance requirement across the hotel, including infrastructure, repairs and renovations
• Conducting planned preventative maintenance and systematic testing of rooms and electrical equipment, including carpentry, plumbing, painting and decorating
• Ensuring the safety and smooth operation of our hotels to guarantee an exceptional guest experience
• Responding to maintenance emergencies
