Are you ready to make a difference in an educational environment? Our client in Kendal is on the lookout for a dedicated Maintenance Assistant to support their Health and Safety Maintenance lead. This is an exciting ongoing assignment with the potential for temp-to-perm, perfect for those who thrive in a dynamic setting!

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with general maintenance across school buildings and grounds.
• Carry out essential repairs, including changing light bulbs, tightening fixtures, and performing minor paint touch-ups.
• Set up rooms for various events, ensuring everything is in place for a successful gathering.
• Monitor stock levels of cleaning and maintenance supplies to keep operations running smoothly.
• Help with moving furniture as needed.
• Adhere to the school's policies and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

What We Offer

• Hours: 12 hours a week, working 6-hour shifts on Tuesday and Wednesday from 12 PM to 6 PM.
• Hourly Rate: 14 per hour.
