About the Role

Working within a fast-paced production environment, you will support the full operation of thermoforming equipment — from change overs and setups to fault-finding and quality checks. Diagnose and correct running faults quickly to minimise downtime.

Support material changes, packing, labelling and other manual production activities.

Carry out routine quality inspections, completing all paperwork accurately.

Ensure correct packing, labelling and product identification for every order.

Maintain accurate data within the company's systems.

Conduct machine clean-downs and ensure waste segregation in line with company processes.

Keep the working area clean, safe and compliant with site standards.

Communicate effectively with team leaders and colleagues to maintain workflow and cover periods of absence.

What We're Looking For

Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing or machine operation environment.

Strong problem-solving ability and confidence to make decisions within defined parameters.

Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English.

Able to follow instructions, use measuring equipment and operate computer systems.

A methodical, organised and safety-conscious approach to work.

Ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.

Flexible, motivated and committed to continuous improvement.

Good time management and a strong "right first time" mindset.

Reliable and proactive with a strong work ethic.

Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.

Keen eye for detail and pride in accuracy.

Motivated to learn and develop new skills
