Our client, located on the outskirts of Lincoln, is seeking experienced Machine Setters due to business expansion. Ideally, candidates will possess a background in the food manufacturing industry, with specific experience operating Vertical Form Fill Seal machines and bag loading machines such as Symach and Fawema. The successful applicant will be proficient in machine setup and adjustment, beyond routine operation, and capable of performing basic maintenance tasks. A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving is essential for this position.

This position operates on a rotating shift schedule, from 6 am to 6 pm and 6 pm to 6 am shifts, each including a fully paid one hour lunch break. Monthly, you would typically be assigned only eight night shifts, with the remaining shifts being day shifts or days off.

The pay for this position is £14.46 per hour, with overtime paid at £21.69 after a 42 hour work week. The company provides an impressive benefits package, including a paid day off for your birthday.
