A leading global tool company is looking for a Machine Operator in Hellaby, England. The role involves operating various machines, setting and maintaining equipment to ensure quality, and achieving production targets. Candidates should have experience with CNC machines and grinding, as well as a mechanical aptitude. This position requires compliance with safety standards and may include occasional overtime. Responsible for operating various machines within the manufacturing cells, including changeovers, machine condition and setting, whilst working safely and maintaining quality against the standards.
6-10 weeks basic, then on going to development on all tooling and machines which should take up to 12 months dependant on experience. Attending internal and external training courses as required.
