Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for Night Shift Production Operatives to join a leading manufacturing company based in Bridgwater. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term role with full training, progression opportunities, and competitive pay.

Key Details

Temporary to permanent position. Rotating shifts (Monday - Friday).

• 6am - 2:15pm
• 2pm - 10:15pm
• Pay: £12.60 per hour

Responsibilities

• Operating, programming, and setting up production machinery.
• Monitoring and topping up material levels.
• Conducting fault finding and basic troubleshooting.
• Performing regular quality control checks.
• Packing and preparing finished products for dispatch.
• Working effectively as part of a small, supportive team.

Requirements

• Previous production or factory experience desirable.
• Willingness to complete training on rotating shifts before moving to permanent nights.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive approach.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
