Machine Operative (Night Shift)

Location: Aylesbury

Contract Type: 3 Month contract - could be extended

Start Date: 15th December 2025

Shift Details: Schedule: Monday to Friday; Hours: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM (5 nights per week); Pay Rate: £17.44 - £18.46 per hour

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Machine Operative to join our night shift team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring production line machinery, performing routine checks, and assisting with basic maintenance and troubleshooting. You will spend most of your time operating machines and supporting production line activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Essential Requirements

Desirable
  • Experience in Food or FMCG manufacturing
  • Familiarity with BOSIAL PPM processes
