Overview

M&E Small Works Project Manager – Manchester – healthcare – c£50k plus car /allowance, 5% bonus.

Based across a large live hospitals contract, you will be responsible for the delivery of multiple small works projects up to a value of £20k. You will have a background and qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and you will need to be highly organised for this busy and varied role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver multiple small works projects up to £20k within a large live hospitals contract.
• Coordinate and manage sub contractors in collaboration with other Project Managers (managing work above £20k) and the Head of Technical.
• Examples of typical projects include lighting upgrades, change of use for rooms, windows, door or bollard replacements, and minor roofing repairs.

Qualifications

• Background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with relevant qualifications.
• Strong organisational skills to manage a busy and varied workload.

There’s 17 years left on the contract with genuine scope for this role to develop and grow.
